2010-02-07 21:09:06 Il 3 febbraio 2010, alle ore 19.30, ha luogo per iniziativa della Presidenza dell’Associazione Musicale e Culturale “Il Cromorno” un incontro di natura preliminare in vista del costituendo Comitato pro-XVII Festival Internazionale d’Organo. Sono presenti il Presidente dell’Associazione, Sig. Salvatore Boi, il Direttore Artistico M° Enrico Pasini, il Parroco della Parrocchia di San Sebastiano in Cagliari, don Marcello Contu e un piccolo gruppo di persone assai vicine alle iniziative della parrocchia, nei cui locali avviene l’incontro. A tali persone, il Presidente Boi rivolge un cordiale saluto, passando subito ad illustrare il motivo della loro convocazione, nei termini che qui di seguito si riferiscono in sintesi.
La Chiesa di San Sebastiano ospiterà nel mese di Ottobre 2010 i concerti programmati nell’ambito del XVII Festival Internazionale d’Organo organizzato dall’Associazione “Il Cromorno”. Lo scopo dell’incontro odierno è quello di dare avvio alle attività connesse alla sua realizzazione. Il Presidente Boi pone in risalto il valore dell’iniziativa che con la collaborazione dei presenti si intende promuovere e sottolinea l’inderogabile necessità di mettere in moto per tempo ogni attività mirata allo scopo di assicurare all’evento artistico programmato le condizioni per un suo svolgimento preparato con cura in ogni suo aspetto: da quello della regolarità degli adempimenti burocratici e fiscali, a quello della presentazione e diffusione mediatica dell’evento, a quello dell’accoglienza e del comfort da assicurare agli artisti invitati, e a quant’altro possa ritenersi utile al miglior successo del Festival. La complessità delle fasi preparatorie prima, e realizzative poi dei cinque concerti programmati per la data sopra indicata, richiede la partecipazione attiva di più collaboratori, che si muovano in maniera coordinata e sistematica verso il raggiungimento dello scopo prefissato. Ciò rende indispensabile la costituzione di un Comitato pro-Festival, a cui dedichino il loro contributo operativo più persone tra loro cooperanti in un contesto di compiti da svolgere in termini e tempi determinati e definiti, con puntualità e affidabilità. Si designa fin d’ora a ricoprire la funzione di Presidente del costituendo Comitato il prof. Beppe Casti, già entrato in contatto da qualche tempo con l’Associazione, e presente alla riunione, al quale viene affidato l’incarico di raccogliere, previo un ulteriore incontro di approfondimento, l’adesione formale all’iniziativa e al relativo impegno personale di ciascuno dei presenti interessati. Di tale iniziativa il Presidente Boi chiarisce su richiesta dei partecipanti ogni aspetto, con il contributo utilissimo dell’intervento del M° Pasini, che a sua volta precisa i termini e gli ambiti all’interno dei quali potrà e dovrà muoversi ogni atto organizzativo dell’evento, affinché non venga meno il rispetto del senso autentico e dell’ispirazione ideale che hanno guidato e portato al successo tutte le precedenti sedici edizioni del Festival. La seduta ha termine con l’unanime dichiarazione di disponibilità ad adempiere con puntualità e spirito di concretezza quanto a ciascuno verrà richiesto, nel rispetto delle personali competenze e possibilità.
Today, February 3, 2010, at 7,30 p.m. takes place at the initiative of President of the Association Musicale e Culturale "Il Cromorno", a meeting of a preliminary nature in view of setting up committees pro-XVII International Organ Festival. The Church of St. Sebastian will host in October 2010, the concerts scheduled in the XVII International Organ Festival "organized by Il Cromorno. The purpose of the meeting today is to initiate activities related to its implementation. The President Boi highlights the value of the initiative with the collaboration of these is to promote and highlights the desperate need to start up on time every activity aimed to ensure artistic event scheduled conditions for its conduct carefully prepared in every aspect: that of the regular bureaucracy and tax, to that of presentation and media coverage of the event, to the welcome and comfort to ensure the invited artists, and whatever else may find useful the best success of the Festival.The complexity of the preparatory stages before, and then realization of the five concerts scheduled for the date indicated above, requires the active involvement of more employees, that they move in a coordinated and systematically towards the achievement of the objective. This calls for the establishment of a pro-Festival Committee, which devote their contribution to operating more people cooperating with each other in a context of tasks in a manner and time as determined and defined, with punctuality and reliability. It means now to play the role of Chairman of the Committee constituting prof. Beppe Casti, already in contact for some time with the Association, and present at the meeting, which is tasked to collect, after a further meeting for further study, formal adherence to the initiative and with the commitment of staff each of these stakeholders. Of this initiative, the President Boi Salvatore clarified at the request of participants every aspect with the valuable contribution of the intervention of Maestro Pasini, which in turn specifies the conditions and areas within which any action can and must move the organization event that is not less than the ideal of the authentic meaning and inspiration that have guided and led to the success of all the previous sixteen editions of the Festival. The session ended with the unanimous declaration of willingness to fulfill with punctuality and spirit of practical as each will be required, subject to the personal skills and capabilities.
